Past Due Child Support: What Now?
Child support payments can be an essential source of financial support for a child. In this class, learn how child support is enforced, including past-due amounts (arrears). Class will cover wage garnishments, liens, bank levies, and other consequences of failing to pay support. Also discussed: exemptions for those paying support, and the role of the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS).
