As part of the LA Law Library’s MCLE lunch hour speaker series, this class will provide litigators with the tools needed to make the most of the mediation process. Learn best practices for preparing yourself and your client for mediation, negotiating effectively, and reaching settlement.

Presented by Penny St. John
Penny St. John is the founder of Conflict Resolution Management, and is both an experienced family lawyer and a certified mediator. A graduate of Stanford University and Boston University School of Law, Penny began practicing law at O'Melveny and Myers in Los Angeles before joining Trope and Trope, the largest and one of the most prestigious family law firms in California. She has worked successfully as a mediator since 1997.
