LA Law Library legal research specialists teach free, monthly 45-minute overviews of legal information search tools and techniques as part of regular “office hour” visits.*
This class introduces tools and resources available on the California Courts official website www.courts.ca.gov.
Class covers:
- How to find forms, jury instructions, and Appellate Court case information
- Free resources for going to court without an attorney
- “Hidden Gems” and other hard to find resources
*A more extensive class, which may include hands-on practice and sample exercises, is taught at the Main branch of LA Law Library in downtown Los Angeles.
